Amikoro macye no guhorana ubwoba bwo gutakaza akazi bituma abakozi bahorana “Stress mu kazi”

Ubushakashatsi  bwagaragaje ko abakozi benshi  mu bihugu bigize EAC   bahorana  Stress mu kazi aho benshi bayiterwa n’amikoro adahagije bavana mu murimo no guhorana ubwoba bwo gutakaza akazi.

Ubushakashatsi bwashyizwe ahagaragara  kuri uyu wa 13 Ukwakira 2023 n’ikigo mHub Africa cyita ku buzima bwo mu mutwe ,bwakorewe mubihugu bigize umuryango wa Afurika y’iburasirazuba birimo n’u Rwanda  bugaragza ko benshi mubakozi bangana na 30.8% bakora mu nzego zitandukanye bahorana umunaniro ukabije wo mu mutwe ibizwi nka Stress  ku kigero kiri hejuru. Impamvu nyamukuru zitera abakosiz benshi Stress ni amikoro adahagije bavana mu murimo no guhorana ubwoba bwo gutakaza akazi n’ibindi. Francoise Uzamukunda ni umuyobozi wa mHub Africa mu Rwanda.

Ati “ Kuko hari ibibazo usanga bituruka kubuzima bwacu bwa buri munsi tubamo ibibazo by’imiryango yacu biterwa n’uko mu mufuka wacu haba hameze cyangwa se nanone biterwa n’uburwayi busanzwe ariko hakaba n’ibindi biturutse mu kazi aho ni cya gihe usanga abakora masaha menshi y’akazi cyangwa se usange muri ya masaha y’akazi uwitwa ngo arabayobora imiyoborere y’ikigo wenda ntimeze neza.”

Bamwe mubakozi bagaragaza icyakorwa kugirango ubuzima bwo mu mutwe bw’umukozi bumere neza.

Ni mugihe Ishami ry’Umuryango wabibumbye ryita ku murimo riragaza ko Abakozi batandukanye hirya no hino ku Isi bangana na 58%, bemeza ko byinshi mu bibazo byo mu mutwe bakunze guhura nabyo, babiterwa n’abakoresha babo harimo ababahoza ku nkeke, ababakoresha ntibabishyure n’ababakoresha amasaha y’ikirenga. Kubwiyo mpamvu  Ikigo MHUB Africa  kigasaba abakoresha gushyiaho uburyo bw’imikorera butuma umukozi akaora akazi yumva atekanye mu mutwe.
