Guverinoma y’u Rwanda yanzuye ko hagomba koroshywa inguzanyo zo mu buhinzi n’ubworozi, gukemura vuba ikibazo cy’imodoka rusange mu mujyi wa Kigali, gushakira umuti ibibazo bituma interineti idakora neza kandi ikiguzi cyayo kikaba gihenze.
Iyi ni imwe mu myanzuro yafashwe n’inama y’umushyikirano ya 18 yateranye tariki ya 27 – 28 Gashyantare 2023, ikaba yatangajwe kuri uyu wa mbere tariki 13 Werurwe 2023.
Ibyemezo byose byafatiwe mu nama y’umushyikirano
1.Kunoza ingamba zo kongera umusaruro w’ibikomoka ku buhinzi n’ubworozi harimo:
• Koroshya kubona inguzanyo zo guteza imbere ubuhinzi n’ubworozi;
• Gufasha aborozi kongera umukamo;
• Gushishikariza abahinzi n’aborozi kwitabira ubwishingizi bw’imyaka n’ubw’amatungo;
• Gukemura ikibazo cy’udukoko n’indwara byangiza imyaka.
2. Gukemura vuba ikibazo cy’imodoka rusange zitwara abagenzi mu Mujyi wa Kigali, hagurwa izindi no kuvugurura gare z’imodoka ndetse no kongera imodoka zihuza imijyi itandukanye, hagendewe ku zikenerwa n’abagenerwabikorwa.
3. Kunoza imikorere ya One Stop Centre ya RDB kugira ngo ihurize hamwe serivisi zose abantu bakenera, harimo n’izikenerwa n’abohereza ibicuruzwa mu mahanga.
4. Gukemura byihutirwa ibibazo bituma interineti idakora neza kandi ikiguzi cyayo kikaba gihenze.
5. Kurushaho kunoza serivisi zitangwa n’Irembo no kongeramo izikenerwa zose
6. Gukomeza gufasha Abanyarwanda baba mu mahanga gutanga umusanzu wabo mu iterambere ry’u Rwanda.
7. Gukomeza gushyira mu bikorwa ingamba zo guhangana n’izamuka ry’ibiciro.
8.Gukemura ikibazo cy’ireme ry’uburezi mu byiciro byose by’amashuri kugira ngo abarangiza kwiga bashobore guhangana n’ibibazo biri ku isoko ry’umurimo, hibandwa kuri ibi bikurikira:
• Kongera umubare w’abanyeshuri bajya mu mashuri y’imyuga n’ubumenyingiro;
• Gukorana n’abikorera mu kumenyereza abanyeshuri umwuga mbere y’uko bajya ku isoko ry’umurimo;
• Kuzamura ireme ry’ubushakashatsi.
9.Gushyira mu bikorwa, mu gihe cy’imyaka ibiri, ingamba zo kurwanya igwingira ry’abana. Mu bigomba kwitabwaho harimo kurushaho kwifashisha Abajyanama b’ubuzima mu gukurikirana ishyirwa mu bikorwa ry’icyo gikorwa aho bazajya bigisha ababyeyi kurwanya imirire mibi no gutanga indyo yuzuye.
10. Kongera imbaraga mu gukumira indwara zitandura harimo kwisuzumisha hakiri kare indwara ya kanseri, iy’umutima na diyabete no kurushaho gukora imyitozo ngororamubiri. Gukangurira Abaturarwanda bose kugira isuku muri rusange harimo n’isuku yo mu kanwa hagamijwe kwirinda indwara.
11. Kuvugurura ibikorwa remezo by’ubuvuzi, kongera umubare w’abakozi, kongera isuku ahatangirwa serivisi z’ubuvuzi no kwakira neza abagana amavuriro. By’umwihariko kwita ku mibereho myiza y’abakozi bo mu rwego rw’ubuvuzi.
12. Gukomeza guteza imbere umuryango ushoboye kandi utekanye harimo:
• Gukumira amakimbirane mu miryango;
• Kongera amahugurwa y’abita ku marerero y’abana bato;
• Kongera ubukangurambaga bwo kwirinda ibisindisha no kurwanya ikoreshwa, ikwirakwizwa n’icuruzwa ry’ibiyobyabwenge;
• Gushyira mu bikorwa neza ibiteganyijwe n’amategeko abuza urubyiruko kunywa inzoga kimwe n’ahana ikoreshwa ry’ibiyobyabwenge;
• Kongera ibigo by’imyidagaduro by’urubyiruko hirya no hino mu gihugu;
• Kugira uruhare mu gutangira amakuru ku gihe y’abantu basambanya abana. Ibi birimo no gukora ubukangurambaga ku ruhare rw’ibimenyetso bya gihanga byifashishwa mu butabera mu kugaragaza abakoze icyo cyaha.
13. Guteza imbere ibikorwa by’ubumwe n’ubwiyunge, gukomeza kwigisha amateka, umuco n’indangagaciro nyakuri by’Igihugu no kongera ingufu mu mikorere y’Itorero haba mu Rwanda no mu mahanga.
